"great location to university. limited dining options for walking..no usual room amenities like microwave or mini fridge, had to go to bar to get ice daily- none avail from housekeeping. Breakfast very expensive"

"The staff were friendly. Amy from Housekeeping was amazing as we had 2 very young children that had a couple of accidents. There was service with a smile !! Front desk staff were efficient and friendly Breakfast was great"

"Booked a room with queen bed and sofa bed with beeakfast through Expedia. On arrival they had all the details but initially told me breakfast was not included and had to show her my booking.on the ohone. We then got to the room it was just one bed. I went back to reception and was told that was all that was available and "Expedia shouldn't let me book a room that is unavilable". Nothing she could do to help. Only when I insisted they were going to have to provide a refund did she manage to...

"Convenient location just next to tram station and near shopping centre. Originally booked wrong room type, but staff was very helpful changing to a family room for us which is much appreciated."

"The property is in a run down part of Nottingham and quite difficult to find. There was a small sofa in the room with lots of stains, one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work and there is on opening window which made the room feel very clastrophobic. Its not terrible value for money but had it not been for the test match in Nottingham, I would have felt the price too high."
