Did not show us to the room, although easy to find (not accessible for anyone with a disability - two flights of stairs - not lift). Room was spacious for two. Given it was an old-ish annexe part of the main building the windows were draughty even with what seemed like outdated secondary glazing that barely closed (room 4). "A very funky guest house. My room was upgraded at no extra charge. Very nice room. If your a Liverpool they awesome Liverpool FC basement, with two pool tables and loads memorabilia there. Only 2 and half miles from city centre with buses very close by. I'd highly recommend this guest house."

"Brilliant location for the station. Lovely hotel with free bottled water every day which is not even advertised. The staff are lovely and the whole thing is set up to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Couldnt fault it really, Comfy beds and lovely view of St Georges Hall, but quiet as well."

"Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location was excellent and parking for 48 hours is included. But.. do not stay in a heatwave like we did. I know it’s a rare occurrence, but in the summer, this must be a real issue. The windows do not open effectively (tiny gap) and although a fan is provided, it really did nothing. A winter hotel for me for sure."
