"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and I can honestly say this will remain our go to hotel anytime we head to Chicago. The hotel is clean, has all the amenities you could want, good sized rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The only complaint I have from this stay was the breakfast. Last time we stayed the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. This time there were scrambled eggs that seemed runny and undercooked and sausage biscuit sandwiches that they ran out of 1/2...
