"I received a warm welcome from the reception staff; the Deluxe Double room was clean and spacious; the bed and bedding were comfortable; the shower stall was large; the shower pressure was adequate. Unfortunately there was no fridge in the room, nor was it possible to have one brought in."

"I chose this hotel because I assumed it would be old fashioned and full of character. So it turned out to be. It is very conveniently located. Inside is very comfortable if a little tired in places. The chairs are buttoned leather and the clientele at the time I stayed were in their golden years. ..."
