"Hampton Inns are our go to hotels. Always clean, courteous staff and good breakfasts. The location of this Hampton had a bit of traffic noise because of the busy road in front of it. If our room would have been in the back of the hotel, I’m sure the noise level would have been much less. "

"Although i've stayed here before and I would stay here again. I must say that upon arrival, the staff was not as welcoming at the front desk. A lot seemed to be happening, and there was a lot of talking and mumbling, which for someone who's coming to kind of just relax, not getting the full attention of the staff at the front desk, it didn't feel unique. "The kids enjoyed the indoor pool because it rained. I like that the attractions where close to the hotel and they had free snacks. My grandkids enjoyed the park and movie theater that where close by. The hotel is family friendly, and staff always greet with a smile every time I visit."

"Property was conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg but is old even though they have renovated some parts of the room(s). The air was stuck on low, you could not adjust it to a higher speed and it did not work at all in the bathroom. "

"We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The grounds were quiet and seemed very safe - we did hear the trains a few times, but with a white-noise speaker and some soft earplugs, it didn't bother us or the dogs at all. If...

"They gave me a room not in livable conditions and caused me to get asthma atacks. It was moldy and humid. And they didn't care. Customer service is not thier priority. After complaining to them the manager tried to kick me out. And acused me of bieng disrespectful, just because i complained. They are still renting that room like that. General manager Mina Guiruis does not prioritize customer service. "
