"The staff were super cordial and attentive, so were the cleaning crew. We got a free upgrade to our room, which was awesome and a great surprise for our vacation! I just wish they gave free water bottles instead of the ones filled in the glass bottles, they kind of smelled funky. Also I couldn’t get the balcony door open on my room. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and had great amenities. The rooms were super clean and I loved the Aesop soap. I would definitely come back!"

"Wonderfully characteristic and stylish hotel. Cabana rooms are spacious with a roomy shower room. A walk in closet helps crate space in the bedroom. Bars are well served with knowledgable staff. Outside areas are spacious too. Plenty of seating and sunbed options. Pool guys are excellent providing fitted sunbed towels and there’s umbrellas (no charge but definitely tip worthy). Pools are excellent (and bath warm)."

There are shops and places to eat right on the door stop and the boardwalk and Ocean Drive are only a few blocks away. "The bathroom is enormous and the shower is spectacular. The curtains could be thicker since there is a DJ balcony right outside the window that faces the bathroom and we could see people. Bathrobes were a great addition, slippers would have been appreciated. They need a full length mirror and steamers in the room. If you have any accessibility concerns I would caveat that the only way upstairs was via a spiral staircase. Luckily the staff gave us support to carry our bags upstairs but we weren’t...
