"I stayed in room 611 at Premier Inn and had a very disappointing experience. My Expedia booking stated a 12:00 noon check-out. However, at 11:50 a.m., a staff member entered our room without proper notice while we were getting ready to leave, saying check-out was at 10:00 a.m. We felt rushed and uncomfortable, unable to finish preparing for departure. "The accommodation was of a very high standard and the staff excellent at helping me with secure entrance to the building/ room. Bus stop into town is very close by. There are no public rooms, so it's more like an apartment building than a hotel. As a lone traveller, I felt a bit isolated - no staff after 9 pm and my phone wouldn't work - but as accommodation, everything was first rate ."
