The place is nice so relaxing...
I love the place its so nice, perfect for my family..the thing that I like the place is so peaceful away from crowd..but one thing that needs to be improve there cleanliness most especially in there food area, needs to be clean and no pets should allow to enter were guest should eat there buffet..Last time I eat there were cats everywhere some are already on top of the table were there is food next to it..

4th time staying at Grand Boracay
Love this place. Great for the price. Love their outside bar, pool..Steps away from D'Mall. Close to everything...beach, grocery store, restaurants. Staff is great. Free breakfast is good, nothing special but you always get eggs, rice, and fresh fruit. I'v been to Boracay 7 times and once I found this place, it's where I stay.

Hotel is in very good location but a bit old
The hotel facilities have to be updated. I have to request for a newer TV set as the one in the roon is an old one and no remote controlled. I have to get the door locks changed as we get locked in th bathroom and found it hard to open the room door from day 1. I found that there is a shortage of staff and cannot attend to any request quickly as it took several days to attend to any problems we had. Staff are very friendly and attentive but not able to do things because of the shortage of staff.

Totale Reinfall
Die Zimmer wurden erst gegen 16-18.00 Uhr" gereinigt".
An 2 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts wurde garnicht gereinigt.
Haare vom Vorgänger lagen 3 Tage später noch in der Dusche.
Am 3. Tag erhielten wir erst einen gängigen Safe.
Der Manager war sehr freundlich und bemüht, hatte aber offensichtlich zu wenig Personal.
Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
Preis Leistung stimmt ganz und gar nicht.
Großer Renovierungsstau!!!!!!

정말 낡고 구식인 리조트
사진만 보고 판단하는 것이 아니었는데
ㅎㅎ 두번 다시 가고 싶지 않은 곳이에요
디몰 안에 있다는 가까운 접근성을 제외하면
너무 낡고 구식인 시설 때문인지
리조트에 들어서는 순간
마치 시골안에 있는 느낌이 들어요 ㅎㅎ
이 리조트에서 참 신비한 경험을 했네요
물 잘나오는 것 빼면 빵점 입니다
모기가 너무 많아서 기억하고 싶지 않은

직원들이 친절하고 위치가 좋아요 시설은 노후되었어요
성수기라서 다른곳을 고르수도 없고해서 그냥갔는데 사실 룸컨디션을 보고는 실망을했어요~
2틀 숙박을 했는데 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 위치는 정말 좋아요~~
보일러가 고장나서 따뜻한 물도 안나오고 시설도 노후되고했지만 직원들덕분에 좋은 이미지로 남는것같아요

디몰가까운것빼곤 없음
총평. 바쁜 여행객에게 위치는 최고지만 서비스와 객실상태는 기대이하입니다.
건물이 총 세개 동이 있네요. 로비와식당이있는 건물, 메인빌딩, C동이 있습니다.
처음에도착하니 준 방은 2C6인데
걱정처럼 벌레는 없었지만 객실로 거의 쓰지않는방인듯. 아, 모기 두세마리 잡았구요. 슬리퍼없고 tv거의잘안나오고 리모콘 안되고 창문도 구석에 완전 작은거 하나. 결국 싸게 예약한 사람들한테만 주는방이었던거같아요.
컴플레인하니 다음날 메인빌딩에 있는 201호로 방바꿔줍니다.
좀낫긴했어요.
근데 머리위에 있는 옛날 시끄럽고 힘없는 에어콘, 시도때도없이울던 닭 등등과
한3일만에 한번 왔던 룸서비스며 다 상당히 편하지 않았구요
아 그리고 변기에 플라스틱 커버가없어서 (앉는 부분포함요) 얘기하니 하루만에 달아주네요. 그전에는 말하는 사람이 없었다면서...
여기 가장 별로인건 조식입니다.
정말먹을거없는 식단에 말라붙은 야채와 맛없는 과일...
7시부터라고하지만 8시쯤에는 가야 그나마 야채하고 과일이 조금 준비되서 나오구요
사람들 불평에 이력이난듯한 친절하지 않은 식당 직원등...
지금은 다른곳으로 오니 집사람도 살거같다고 하네요.
여행일정이 짧고 디몰주변을 많이 돌아다녀야 하는분께는, 조식을 포기하시겠다면 추천합니다.
하지만 편안한 휴식을 바라는분께는 매우 별로랍니다.
다른곳도 곧 올릴예정이예요.

We had a very good stay here. Staff is really helpful and is all the time making sure we are feeling comfortable. This hotel is located with entrance from main road and Dmall which is like an almost perfect spot unless you wanna stay beachside. We enjoyed it much here. They are working on having wifi which will ve very good.

quite hotel
has access to the d'mall then to the beach. it was a quite season which we really appreciate because the beach area is busy and noisy.
we like the breakfast offered every day.
the staff are really helpful. Flor of reception goes out of her way to help us. All the other staff were nice to have around with their friendly reception.
online booking and reception assured wifi in all rooms, but wifi is only available in the reception area.

Run Down Hotel - Pictures are deceiving.
This hotel was very disappointing. Just from the outside, the hotel was very dirty. There was garbage everywhere and so much junk in front of the building. Piles of garbage filled the hallways & stairways.
Let's talk about the rooms. The rooms were very dirty. In our first room, the toilet was leaking so they moved us the second day. That room didn't smell or look much better. They smelt awful and unpleasant. There were insects in the bed frame, holes in the walls and water stains in the ceiling. The linens and towels are very worn out with stains and holes. There were also piles of dirt behind the fridge. The bathrooms were SLIPPERY and the water heaters are so high, you must go on your tippy toes to reach it. I even slipped when I was trying to reach the water heater. There wasn't even a closet to store clothes.
Now lets talk customer service. There was no manager on site to complain to. The service was poor. The staff didn't clean our room during our four day stay and the safety box was broken. When you leave, you must leave your keys to the receptionist every time you go out, but they just keep the keys behind the counter. It was not secured.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anymore OR go back there.

Love the location. Away from the beach noise & traffic but very near the action place!

Hotel rooms were OK. for the price. Room safe broken and unable to fix. Buffett Breakfast always cold. Hotel is close to the beach but not beachfront so there are no chairs for your use at the beach
