"I just booked a room for a place to rest my head, because I had to be at a conference the next morning. I honestly thought it was overpriced, but it was the cheapest place I came across. The check in process took a while to get my key. The Inn policy was NO SMOKING and fees would be charged if you smoked in the room, they even charged me another $100 for a deposit, to make sure we didn't smoke. To get some sleep it was alright, I I wouldn't book a room to stay in for a week."

"The TV didn’t work, there was a closet with no rack, just an empty closet, no hand soap only a small bottle of shampoo, no hair dryer. The bed was fine but there were burn holes in the blanket which was just a sheet and a duvet COVER, no actual comforter. This was insanely disappointing for what I paid. Absolutely terrible, I wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy"

"I loved the convenience of the location to Loyola university. It was walking distance. The host was very nice and responsive. I loved that there were snack and breakfast left out in the kitchen for guest to consume at their leisure. What I did not like was the steep long stairs to get up to the rooms. There was not an elevator or anyone available to help get the luggage up to the rooms. If you are elderly with knees or back problems, this will be difficult for you to deal with on a daily...

"It was a 2 days stay with my daughter. Hotel is in a walking distance to restaurants. I felt safe driving back to the hotel late night with my daughter. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi. It is a very nice hotel. It is a 30 minutes drive to downtown."

"i loved everything about the property and the staff was very nice and helpful. the virtual check-in was different but still easy. very walkable, about 5 min to jarvis station to get downtown or to other areas! the hotel room and common areas were very clean as well. free parking was the cherry on top!"

"Only stayed cause everywhere else was triple price. Lamps falling off wall. tv worked in one room, but not the other, AT ALL. Sign in office said no compensation for no tv. Cockroaches all over room. Police were called for altercation outside. Planes fly so low might as well sleep at airport. Couldn’t find ice machine or laundry, literally poop on sidewalk as going to room."

"The first room that was assigned to us was terrible; small, looked like a basement although it was on 3rd floor, had only ugly white lighting! Luckily the staff listened to our complaints and changed it immediately to a normal room. The staff was kind and polite. Our room was clean. Breakfast had a rich menu. However, there was no complimentary water bottles (we were told that the hotel ran out of water). They were being sold though."
