"Right across the street from Wrigley this place is the place to stay if watching cubs game and visiting Wrigley. Gallagher way. Brand new. Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other...

"Tv only had cable. No Netflix. Lids for coffee cups in room would be helpful. If I use the paper cup, I’m probably taking it somewhere. Room temp control was not user friendly and it was super warm even set at 69."

"My adult son and me stayed at the hotel for two days early in June. The area looked nice and safe, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast (cereals, oatmeal, milk, coffee, and orange juice) was suitable for us and pretty good for the price. We did not need air conditioning, so we did not even try to turn it on, but we opened the window to let fresh air in; we both really liked it. "We were able to check in early and the staff were very kind and helpful! Beds and rooms were a little smaller than expected but sufficient. Breakfast was just poptarts, apples, and oatmeal packs. Selection of sodas, waters, and ice cream for purchase was nice. Ended up buying bottled water because there was no drinking fountain and tap water didn't taste great. 30 minutes of walking and train rides to get downtown."
