"The annex is new (opened Oct 1 2026) and not too far from namba station. Staff was really helpful and nice. The sky garden 3-bedroom suite we stayed at is beautiful and has a deck as well."

"Lots of restaurants nearby"

"There was something wrong with my room and they immediately switch me to another room. Service is extremely fast and efficient!"

"The Hotel Balian provides a unique experience with its Thai themed hotel settings. I state drinks as this is an adult only hotel as you are able to make your own cocktails! There’s also a wonderful coffee bar for those that love coffee.
