"Orange juice was delicious. I like their Florida's brand. Hot tub was warm but be extra careful not to slip on wet area everywhere on the pool side. Three people almost fell. Bed was comfortable, but not the pull out bed from the couch. Parking is not free. You have to pay $23 to park at the hotel. "

"Hot tub water smelled weird. Had too much foam. Needed attention for sure. Also, they let someone rent the pool during the day for 3 or 4 hour blocks for public use, and cant use the area. We stayed multiple days, and this was a disappointing aspect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We had to remind them a couple of times of our request for clean towels. Breakfast was cold. Not enough options."

"The look of the hotel is elegant, it was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and professional, anything I needed was cared for. The staff also checked on me throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. "

"Sketchy. Regret booking. Spend $25 more for a decent hotel. It felt like a motel from a movie. The lobby is fine then you drive around to a street entrance. Super run down and outdated. I was hesitant to sit on the little couch. Didn’t bother to see breakfast. Housekeeping loudly knocked twice as I was trying to sleep in the morning before I checked out. "

"A few suggestions that could elevate the guest experience further: Dining: Breakfast offerings could be enhanced with more consistent availability. Fresh fruit like bananas and the fruit bowl were available only one of the days during our stay, having these replenished regularly would be greate. The coffee flavor was quite light (felt like flavored hot water); a richer brew would be appreciated by coffee drinkers. Facilities: We noticed only one elevator was operational, which occasionally caused wait times. Rooms: The rooms were fairly clean and comfortable. Updating some of the furnishings could help modernize the space and match the quality of service."
