"On site manager acted as a host. He accommodated our early arrival, befriended our dog and provided info regarding the local area. Other desk staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was huge and immaculate and the breakfast menu and venue - superb. "

"The staff was amazing although the property is showing signs of aging it’s still kept as well as an be expected. I stayed on this property when it was fairly new and can see signs of aging and needs Fir upgrading however the staff makes up for the lack of new upgrades ! "

"We had a great stay and excellent bday connect Coton & Rye. Pete the manager and Morgan the waitress went above and beyond to accommodate our large family with 5 children including 3 two year olds. They were very kind, helpful, and flexible."

"The employees were friendly. I found two pills and a toothpick next to the bed. It means that a more thorough vacuuming needed. The plumbing was very loud what made difficult to sleep at night. "

"It was very comfortable sleeping. Nice shower pressure. Front desk staff were very nice. Bathroom could use a better/larger shelf no place to put anything and existing shelf is too small and close to toilet so things fall easily. Breakfast was fair. Nothing great. No frills. No lotion in room. No tea in room. Those things would be nice additions "

"We had an ocean view room. The windows were not very clean but the view was very pretty. The bathroom, floors and lobby were all very clean and air conditioned. The breakfast was super delicious and the staff are always smiling and always helping us. The pool and bar was also great and super clean"
