The Pontiac Hampton Inn is clean, comfortable and up-to-date. They have a great fitness center and everyone at the front desk was very pleasant.

Seems like a brand new hotel- modern and clean- breakfast area always well stocked and clean. Staff all very friendly.

There was a motor/engine noise coming from outside our room or the roof. It went in a cycle all night and at its loudest it always woke us both up. All night. The night duty manager and the man at the desk seemed to have no idea what it was. No one seemed too concerned.

A very nice hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC unit was on the noisy side but worked really well and the room nice and cool. Breakfast was fantastic.

Very clean, accommodating and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints. I CANNOT say that about the nearby hotels. I travel frequently to this area and recommend this hotel over any in the area. Definitely my spot for future stays. Our front desk gentleman was THE BEST!!!

The hotel is very clean and breakfast staff are lovely. Check in staff are hit or miss. Bella with the blue hair is pretty rude. Sounds like she had a very bad day and decided to take it out on guests. I know Hampton Inn can do better than this.

Staff was nice and breakfast was great! The curtain situation could be a little better. We were facing the gas station and there are only sheer curtains in the center of the window. I understand not having the thick curtain over the air unit, but then you need to have the black out blinds to cover the other area. Truly our only complaint. It's a lot of light coming in from that station, but I do like the convenience of it being right there.
