"We were on the ground floor and the people on 2nd floor above our room were very noisy, loud thumping and banging on the floor after 11 pm that caused us to startle while trying to sleep. Sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping large items on the floor. I would not recommend any floor except the top. Overall it was clean except for the exhaust fan in the bathroom. "The bugs were horrible outside on the patio. Breakfast was from 7-9. Would have liked it to be from 7-10. Out jacuzzi tub didn't work. Hotel"

"All 4 times I've stayed here, the rooms were on the ground floor next to my car. It's located near the freeway, close to restaurants. The rooms are clean with small refrigerators and microwaves. Staff is friendly."

"Overall, great hotel: clean rooms and common areas, comfy beds, good water pressure and temperature, effective darkening blinds, plenty of room space, and adequate breakfast offerings. The location is near ISU campus and nice shops and restaurants at easy walking distance. Parking is inconvenient being in a ramp across the street. Not too far away, but be aware of this in poor weather. Positives out weigh any negatives, I would stay here again."

"The elevator was down, we were told that the only room available was on the 3rd floor. When we tried to access the room, it seemed to be locked from the inside. We were then given a room on the first floor. The facility was clean enough. This is a budget establishment, and you get what you pay for."

"The room smelled really bad. The carpet around the window and the AC unit was really wet and there was hairs in the bathtub. You can hear the guests in the other rooms, very thin walls and floors."
