"Everything was great. Love the hotel & its amenities. Customer service is great. Special thanks to Graham who spent few hours trying to help us with our heating issue in our room. He went above & beyond to make sure we have a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely look for the same hotel when I am traveling within US, because this is my first time staying with them, but it won’t be the last for sure. We’ll be coming back on Saturday to stay one more night as we are heading home."

"My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was fashionably appointed -- interesting layout, spacious for us and our cat, too. Everything was immaculate. The mini fridge was very nice and modern. The gentlemen at the Valet, Mr. Tyrone, upon entering, and Mr. Dwayne, upon leaving, were very helpful, professional, and efficient. We would definitely stay again when visiting Savannah, GA."

"We stayed in room 203. The curtain only went 3/4 of the way. The sheer curtain did not block the two huge parking lot lights from shining directly into our eyes in the bed closest to door. That person was blinded all night. Curtains needed to go all the way"
