"It was a really pleasant stay all staff was so lovely, everything was lovely and relaxing i would most definitely stay again, shame the weather let us down a bit but still had a great stay. The only thing that was missing a mirror in the room to get ready hair etc."

"The staff were Brilliant. We were given what could be described as a standard room when we arrived. When we showed reception picture of room which was booked they changed room to room on picture immediately. It was mentioned that it should not have been advertised as a superior room. Hotel was perfect for a warm , quiet welcome after a day walking. Staff were fantastic. "

"When arrived shown room which was fine. I dropped the breakfast menu which went under bed, when i went to pick it up i looked under bed it was full of rubbish not just bits but packets& crisps. "Brilliant from start to finish. Check in was quick and friendly. Every staff member we came into contaxt with was lovely and so helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was excellent and perfectly cooked. Cannot fault our stay at all. "

"I enjoyed my stay at The Edwardene. Excellent location in Keswick. Very pretty property. Very clean room. The staff members were all very kind. I was able to drop off my bag early, which I was grateful for. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again in the future if I'm ever back in Keswick. Thank you!"
