"The property was modern great location close to everything but the pools were small the adult pool almost never had seats since it is so small the service at the family pool was really poor the housekeeping staff also was not great for a ritz property the worst was a he mattress hard as a rock we called to have a topper put on and they brought a mattress pad instead worst back ache ever not the quality of a ritz property with these nightly fees"

"The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. "We just left after staying at this hotel for our 39th anniversary. It’s a verrrrrrry dog and kid friendly hotel. Which can be a good and bad thing. We have 5 dogs, so am used to being awakened by one of them. So on vacation when I heard a dog yelping in the middle of the night, I thought it was my dog lol. You can hear the pups here and there.
