Hotel Dekat Blackwater Arboretum

"Was"

"It was a beautiful hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is on the door step."

"Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großer Parkplatz. Nicht viel in der Umgebung fußläufig zu erreichen."

"All good. Moderate priced hotel great for a good nights sleep and clean. Free parking!"

"Great location and facilities."

"Stayed one before our cruise departed. Perfect location and great breakfast buffet."

"Staff made the experience - they were exceptional. Really helpful and friendly. Having the garden gate opening directly onto the New Forest was a huge bonus, especially as we were travelling with our dog."

"The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton."

"Great stay with good food ! Service was excellent & we loved the cosy surroundings of the stay "

"Virkelig hyggeligt sted med en fantastisk dejlig have. Værelset var rent og pænt"

"Staff are very friendly"

"Unfortunately, our high hopes were dashed. The pot of tea and cake on arrival in a side room was a bit weird. Our room, which was the most expensive of our 3-week trip was painfully small and uncomfortable The bed was too soft. This property may be loved by others due to its history and charm, but it wasn’t what we’d hoped it would be."

"AOK"

"Great breakfast choices and hot food cooked to order."

"Room was ok, small but had everything. Bathroom was tiny. Check in staff not helpful and a bit rude, needed ID to check in which seemed very odd and have never been asked for this before. Hall ways full of clutter and dirty cups/plates. Breakfast was poor beans were awful."
