"Entiendo que es un error por parte de Expedía. No hubo alojamiento en este hotel porque al presentarme allí el encargado me indicó que están en obras, cuestión que pude comprobar, y no admitían huéspedes. Incluso me pregunto si Expedía me había cobrado el cargo por la habitación!!! Cosa que así fue. "The elevator was out of service on the day we departed, and we’d have had to navigate 2 flights of stairs with luggage, however, the maintenance person intervened and carried 2 large bags to reception for us! Personable and knowledgeable front desk staff! Excellent breakfast!"

"Essa foi minha primeira experiência com a rede B&B e adorei demais! Tudo é muito prático e direto. O quarto era grande, confortável, iluminado e limpo. O banheiro também estava ótimo. Não optei pelo café da manhã. Para viagens onde o foco não é permanecer no hotel ou depender de cozinha nele, essa é certamente a opção mais econômica e prática!"

"The room. Was very comfortable, and our view was beautiful (we were lucky, because some just look upon other rooms. We had 416) the hairdryer (theirs) blew up in my hand after I plugged it in and caused a fuse to blow for half the room. We called to the desk and 3 seperate occasions someone came to check on it. It was fixed promptly and I was given a new hair dryer for the room. (Brand new in box) There is a lovely pool with very nice jets. No hot tub though. I find the lack of them in Germany, overall, a headscratcher since its so cold. I guess they just love their nude saunas more? The location was amazing. Center of everything. If youre American and dont like German or French food, you may have trouble finding a decent restaurant. The breakfast was good though. They offer cook to order eggs or omelets. Parking is in the public parking garage only and is 30Euros daily. (24hr from when you enter, not calendar day) Lack of response from their hotel text app. I assume the mini fridge items were complimentary. Beers, colds, and water, as well as kit Kat and small peanut container."
