The staff was incredibly friendly (I spoke my best German- which isn't great- and they were very kind when I couldn't fully understand their replies), and our room included a group pass to the waterfall, which you normally have to pay for when you arrive at the trailhead. "A wonderful hotel to stay within the Black Forest with free parking for hotel guests. The scenery around the area is great to view and the train passes by on the Ravenna Bridge. There are some stores within the hotel complex selling souvenirs, cuckoo clocks and glass arts. A giant cuckoo clock also plays during the day. "
