"A staff member (not housekeeping) let themselves into our room unannounced. When asked what she was doing i got no explanation. When i notified the front desk they offered no explanation either and did not seem concerned. We also had to go searching the floors for a working ice machine. "

"Great staff, great amenities, very accommodating with access to hotel before and after checkout. Rooftop is nice but smaller than expected, music extremely loud for the small space and some of the cushions had a weird smell and were dirty. "

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s in a great location, just minutes away from the beach and other attractions, while still being tucked into a quiet neighborhood. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. She was genuinely the sweetest. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly stay again."
