This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty. Never provided additional requested towels and washcloths. Two people didn't stay. They slept on the floor of a hotel room with a friend, rather than sleeping on the disgusting pull out sofa bed. It was filthy! Onlne pictures do not represent what this unit actually looks like, other than it is correct placement of the furniture. After waiting 11 hours for towels and washcloths, we left. So far they have only refunded us one night. This was a nightmare. Don't believe the pictures advertised.
