"We found the hotel very clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. But the bathroom door in our room didn't shut properly, the towel rail was broken and the furniture in the bar area was well worn that the outer layer had peeled off."

"Terrible from get go- my travel partner is in a wheelchair and the elevator was broken the entire time we were there. Had to get her a different room in the holiday inn across the street. I made my way up 3 flights of stairs to the room every single time. No staff around at check in. It’s self serve. ..."
