Only thing that wasn't great was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, the entire bathroom was dripping wet after using the shower which left us having to use our towels to dry the floor, meaning we needed more towels and couldn't help with the environmental notice. Otherwise it was what we needed to rest our head at the end of each day for our short trip."

"I reserved a deluxe room, but what I got was a small room with a double and single bed, there was no handle on the bathroom door and when the shower was on, there was a huge puddle on the floor, Servicing the room is just pull the sheets up, no stock up of anything. What you see on the website is not what you get"

"This is a wonderful hotel centrally located. The location is wonderful, the building new and clean and the staff amazing! I arrived here from the Intercontinental in Brisbane, which was dirty, stinking and rundown. I was so disappointed with the Intercontinental in Brisbane, I almost cancelled my reservation. This hotel is so different it must be run by a different division or company."

"The Room was large However poorly maintained the TV is old and will not allow streaming. The lobby is incredibly noisy and reverbarates up the center of the hotel through the walls of every room. There was a large conference. No breakfast included everything charged at a premium. Not a good value for money."
