Hotel Dekat Billing Aquadrome

"Nice rooms and staff building was hot no lift"

"Beautifully decorated caravan, very clean and with an excellent supply of fresh clean linen and towels. Also a good amount of storage and coat hangers (something I rarely find but need!). We only stopped over one night so didn't use any of the other facilities but the caravan had everything we needed."

"Billing Aquadrome as a site is lovely. However this property wasn’t up to standard in terms of cleanliness and general maintenance. Upon arrival, like anyone does, we had a look in the cupboards etc, to find items from previous guests had been left, including clothing left in a bag in the main bedroom wardrobe, one item being underwear, which is unacceptable for things to be left, which tells me the property was not checked after the last guest left. There were also other items left in the...

"The listing does not reflect where this cabin is located. Listing reads, Cabin Sleeps 6 with Lake access parking. The map location, does not show the location accurately. The 2 bedroom caravan is inside the Billings Aquadrome, where there are indeed lakes. There is access information needed, cars reg, eta of arrival and age, the age question I found a bit strange. "A very nice hotel with clean cosy rooms. Breakfast was excellent with local farm products but portions are small. Would definitely recommend it"

"Clean room - helpful and pleasant staff. However, although there was a car park it is super small (four cars max), therefore I had to park a 15-minute walk away in a public car park."

"Great staff very helpful Towel rail and door hook were both broken"

"Room was very clean and check in was very quick. Had a brief problem with my key card but staff fixed it very quickly. Lovely hotel would definitely book again."
