We have tried other hotels in the area from Bedford up to Leicester but this is ideal for location, food, service and a lovely reservoir to walk our Saluki! Parking is safe and ample, breakfasts are amazing, staff are helpful, welcoming and polite. Rooms are tidy, comfortable and spacious . The location is 5 mins off M1 but soooo quiet, 1 minute off A45 or A428 means every direction is accessible. "
