"Room was very clean however I would say the shower I had could have done with some bleach on the sealant at the bottom as it had a little yellowing. That's very minor in the grand scheme of things as the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was my birthday trip and they gave me a little gift and a card, it was the little things. "I had a very pleasant one night stay in the Osborne hotel on January 7th the check-in was very smooth and quick I was travelling alone so my room was for one person and had everything I needed for my stay. staff are very welcoming and attentive the breakfast is table service and very good.would definitely stay here again. "We stayed for just one night visiting our son at Uni. The apartment was superb. Perfect as a comfortable base for going out and about. Despite the traffic in the area it was quiet. Bed was comfy so a good night’s sleep. Communication from the owner was excellent. Will definitely return. "

"Very clean room, staff very friendly and let us into our room early as it was ready. Room was beautiful and very spacious. Was amazing being able to choose our own room - the view was amazing! Digital key card was a great touch too. We used the pool where the staff again were friendly and pool was lovely and warm! We will definitely be back - the price was very reasonable too. "
