"Lovely new hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was the toilet in the room. There is a gap all around the door so no sound privacy should you need to go to the loo and your partner is in the room."

"Second time staying here. Asked for the same room, 606, as it was very quiet last time. 606 ready when we arrived. Receptionist sorted the AC to maximise cooling. Modern, clean, a fridge and a safe. Great location. We will definitely be back!"

"Great location, easy to walk to major sites. Comfortable beds and clean. The superior room was large compared to most European standards, worth the upgrade. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived in the morning and we were able to check in "

"Wir kamen bereits um die Mittagszeit ins Hotel und bekamen trotzdem unsere Zimmer bereitgestellt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Unser Zimmer ging in Richtung Stadion, wo am Samstag tagsüber eine Veranstaltung war- somit etwas Lärm. Schlimmer war die Situation mitten in der Nacht, als die Gäste einer Hochzeitsfeier im Hotel vor dem Eingang über längere Zeit rumgrölten. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten!"

"Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean."

"Great location and convinient parking. The hotel was spectacular, the staff was very helpfull. Top notch service, the room was so spacious to include a whirlpool bathtub. Will stay here every time we visit Oviero."
