Good value for money, in the heart of the old town so surrounded by food and drink options, easy walk in to the new town. Room was good, clean and moderns and staff were helpful.

Basic room with a comfortable bed. The place was clean however the bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke but the there is a no smoking policy. We paid about 37euros for the one night. So for this price, this place is an easy 4 on 5.

Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean.

Ideally located to get around Bilbao

Good hotel in the old town. Basic but comfortable and clean. Ideal for a base to visit from. Close to shopping streets full of pinxto bars and close to metro to get around!

Could not ask for better value

We couldn't have asked for more or for better value. Reception was very friendly, room was brightly lit and exceptionally clean, shower was steamy with great water pressure, beds were comfortable. And the hotel was centered in Bilbao's Old Towne with plenty to do. A perfect combination!

The property was in a great location and I loved the key pad entry option. However, the room was so stuffy. The fan was as helpful but there was no option for fresh air on our side of the building. The “window” opened up to the building courtyard that was completely enclosed. A better ventilation option would be better for the rooms located on the interior side of the building. Otherwise - everything is lovely and would recommend.

great location, especially if you're not driving. unfortunately, we drove so had to park like 8 blocks away. It's the nature of staying right in the heart of downtown (casco viejo). staff was very friendly and suggested places to go and visit. It's more of a hostel than a hotel, you have to walk up 3 stories, no elevator. there's also no AC in the rooms. it was breezy so we opened the windows. a few weeks later it might've been an issue tho. be mindful. would stay there again.

Very small room and even smaller bathroom which was not shown in any pictures. Smallest sink ever seen or used. No room for luggage except on floor. We could hear everything even whispering in other rooms. Also pipes sounded like waterfall just outside window when anyone in building flushed. Good price and good location and clean rooms just keep in mind the above.

The good things were the beds were really comfortable and the staff couldn't be more helpful with my many queries. What wasnt so good was the size of the room- its was TINY even tho i booked a double for myself, and it was noisy- both from the street and other residents. I wouldnt stay again - it just wasnt memorable or that comfortable- no place for luggage but the floor, one little hard chair, and having someone always sitting at a desk right outside your door makes it difficult to relax. Im sure there are better options in Bilbao at this price range

The hotel is in a really great location and is surrounded by plenty of places to eat and drink, as well as being only a few minutes walk from local bus, tram and metro services. I stayed by myself in one of the smaller rooms. The room was very clean and modern and ideal for a few nights stay. My room faced onto an inner courtyard so I could not hear any of the hustle and bustle of the streets outside however the property is quite small with all rooms in close proximity on the same floor so you do hear the comings and goings of all other guests - the floors are all hard and non carpeted so footsteps and cases being pulled can be quite loud as people enter and leave in the mornings and evenings respectively. The bathroom was great, nice powerful shower inside a big clean cubicle with both a waterfall head and a detachable, directional head. Good temperature control. The room had a decent fan/Aircon solution operated by remote control. The staff I encountered were all very friendly, helpful and chatty!

We did not know this hotel was a 3rd walk up, we would never had booked. No elevator which was needed due to health issues . Our room was not ready at check in time, they cleaned and made up room in about 10 minutes. We did not feel comfortable with how clean the room or bathroom would be so we left. The staff told us when we arrived this hotel is like a hostel for adults. All rooms are right off reception area. It appeared it would be quie noisy.

its okay place for a short weekend stay. the place is really small, and restroom super tiny. the place only have stairs inside the building with light sensor that doesnt work well. its convenient to restaurant, stores and dessert places, but night time can be noisy. the streets gets very dirty, smelly and nasty at night.
