"This isn't our first time here: We've consistently had problems getting our luggage to the front of the hotel – and the staff just shrugs. At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! Otherwise: good location, good room amenities, spacious rooms. But: Give your staff some training in friendliness!"

I extended my stay online and then staff told me they put the wrong price online so I had to pay the extra £350. I was tired because they had just woken me up to tell me this and I didn’t want to argue so I just did it. I should have just left then and there. "I was very happy starting with the neighborhood, the welcoming staff, the quiet elegance of the hotel and the public rooms, and the layout and details of my room. I was happy to wake up in comfortable bed, with excellent breakfast service, and I was happy to be greeted when I returned at night."
