"Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Price was reasonable. Self parking rate matches other hotels. Staff was very friendly. Room exceeded my expectations.
What I liked: Room was a mini suite. It had a kitchen with 3/4 fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, real plates, glasses and tableware, some utensils including cutting board and peeler. There is a sleeper sofa (I didn't check it out) and desk on one side of room with swivel big TV between that room and the...

"La ubicación buena queda enfrente del Museo de Nascar,!habitacion muy limpia, faltan cosas del aseo personal y cuesta que le den agua pura , dicen que solo para miembros la mayoría de hoteles dan agua pura para la noche, lo caro es que cobran el parqueo"

"A shoutout to the staff for being extremely helpful and professional. Erin was super helpful and knowledgeable during check in! My room was very basic but clean with a very comfortable bed and classic universal amenities. I was able to do some work on my laptop very easily and felt it to be very spacious. You can tell things may not be brand new but it is all well maintained by housekeeping. It perfectly met my needs for my stay. stayed while attending some events at the spectrum center. It was...

"One night stay at this CLT airport Sheraton. This is a full service hotel that is showing its age. Could use a refresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful overall. Hotel was relatively clean, just more a matter of things being old. Beds were not great. Dinner at the bar was decent by hotel standards. However, I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast buffet as the quality of the items was just so so. One good thing was the location super close to the airport and the 24 hour shuttle that leaves every...

"The airport shuttle was the biggest highlight of this property. Very convenient. The property seemed to have renovations going on and the entire lobby seemed to be missing paint. The property is dated but modern enough for a quick stay. Would recommend for the price and location."

"The spacious room had plenty of storage. The problem started with the 1:20 AM fire alarm. Thankfully there was no fire, but the lobby area was flooded from broken plumbing. We were able to get back to the room and get a few more hours of sleep. When we woke, we learned that the hotel had no water. So, what was intended to be a peaceful retreat after a long international flight turned into the opposite. When I went to the front desk, the female staff member gave me a dismissive apology for the...
