Good big rooms and clean. Spa only available once during the stay and you have to prebook. The view of the balcony was just a white wall unfortunately. Carrefour right away the corner , not far from the grande Plage. Very nice staff

Great place to stay!

Great location for a family break! The pool was lovely and warm, accommodation exactly what we needed. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Biarritz is beautiful but also don’t miss St Jean de Luz and San Sebastián across the border into Spain

Brilliant location and 5min. walk to the beach.

We had a great week in Biarritz. 5min. walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. The apartment and building is weel looked after. Nice pool area and possibility to read/relax at the pool area as well. We had a brilliant afternoon in the spa/wellness area as well - included in the stay. We were 3 people in a 6 people apartment. I would recommend max. 4 in such a apartment, to make it good for everyone. I am Looking forward to going back there.

Odd reception hours

The staying and the rooms were great. But the reception hours not good= open mornings until 12 and afternoons after 5 pm. I arrived early afternoon after a train ride from Paris. The door was locked. I got a code to enter the hallway, but I did not know how to use it. Some other people staying there let me into the reception area.There was no info about a restroom. The reception opened exactly at 5pm .

Nous avons séjourné récemment dans cet appart’hôtel et notre impression est plutôt mitigée. Les appartements sont propres (encore heureux, car il faut faire le ménage soi-même ou payer un supplément). C’est un bon point que les chiens soient acceptés. Toutefois, le service ressemble plus à celui d’un 3 étoiles qu’à un 4 étoiles, et le prix est relativement élevé pour les prestations limitées. De plus, on nous a un peu pressés de partir, malgré la basse saison. En résumé, c’est correct, mais certainement pas digne d’un véritable service 4 étoiles selon nous.

Fine lejligheder med fantastisk beliggenhed;)

Fin lille lejlighed med dejlig altan. Nem parkering, har flere parkeringspladser ved gaden, og også parkeringskælder Virkelig fantastisk beliggenhed kort gåafstand til havet, lille gade med bager, slagter købmand osv lige om hjørnet.. Lidt overrasket over at man selv skulle klare slutrengøring, men det kunne man heldigvis betale sig fra. Receptionisterne var hjælpsomme. Vores lejlighed havde seperat køjerum man kune dog ikke lukke indtil stuen, hvilket var lidt besværligt.. virkelig dårlige hovedpuder.

L'appart hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Les chambres sont très grandes. Nous avons été bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée et avons pu avoir la chambre en avance par rapport à l'horaire indiquée
