Lovely property. The breakfast is restaurant quality. Highly recommend it. Eggs made to order. Beach & casino are a 5 minute walk. St Jean de Luz is a quick bus ride. The aquarium & shopping are walking distance. The owner is Geraldine so helpful and charming. We stayed 2 nights. Will return!!

Great location but tiny room
The location was great but the twin room was very small. There was just about enough space to walk around the beds so no room for our suitcases. Would probably be ok for 1 person. This was a non-smoking room; however just underneath our window was the balconies of the 1st floor rooms were guests would smoke so all the smoke came into the room. As there was no aircon and with 39 degree heat we had to have the window open.

Great location, excellent staff
Hotel OXO is in a central location in Biarritz. It's within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants, and has plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel is cute and boutique. Rooms are small and comfortable. The staff were fantastic! Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly and happy to help with any questions or requests we had.

Mostly met our needs
We stayed here for 2 nights in June 2014 and the hotel had more pros than cons. Pros: good location, walking distance to beach and close to variety of shops. Parking nearby at reasonable cost. Twin beds available, which was the main reason we selected this hotel. Cons: Bathroom layout, particularly the shower, was undesirable and small. Major com was sound of scooters & motorcycles outside in the evening/morning. Our room overlooked a parking area for scooters & they were pretty loud.

Small and quite hotel.
Had a very pleasant stay of three days. The hotel is a short walk from the main tourist part of the town. There are several places to eat close by catering too all tastes at very reasonable rates.

Great location, loud room
Great location close to the center, but away from all the fuzz and buzz. It's clean, classy and comfortable. That said, I didn't get much sleep, because it was loud. The walls/doors was definitely not sound proof.

Great location
Very nice hotel in a really good location within walking distance of the beach. Took 1A bus from the train station which dropped us a short distance from the hotel.Room was a bit small but very nicely decorated and very clean. Not air conditioned as we had thought but we did get a fan when we asked at reception. Outside communal terraced area which was very nice to relax in and escape from the hot summer sun. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid for the buffet breakfast ( 8 euros) which was very nice. Bread, croissant, cereal fresh fruit, juice etc. All very fresh and a good start to the day. Would use this hotel again if we are lucky enough to return to Biarritz
