Bra hotell med bra läge på gångavstånd till strand. Parkering på hotellet fungerade utmärkt och ingick i kostnaden@

accueil désagréable, heureusement les autres membres du personnelle étaient très bien. Ibis style que de nom, ressemble à un ibis tout court. un tarif dit "toutes taxes comprises" et il faut payer tout de même une taxe de séjour en plus. coté positif le petit déjeuné très bien.

Cela fait 2 fois que nous réservons dans cet hôtel, Tout est parfait de la chambre au petit déjeuner. L accès à la talasso est vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est à l'écoute et tres sympathique.

Fräscht hotell , nära stranden

Trevligt hotell , fräscht och bra frukostbuffé. Restaurang o bar öppnade lite sent , först kl 19. Trevlig altan med fin vuxna mot havet. Saknade dynor i utemöblerna , som loungesoffor och solbäddar, obekvämt. Nära stranden. Perfekt med busshållplats utanför , även gångvänligt avstånd till Biarritz centrum ca 15 -20 min. Skulle välja detta hotell igen.

Moyen compte tenu du prix

Séjour d'une nuit. Chambre plutôt propre mais pour un hôtel de ce standing les imperfections sautent aux yeux. Plafond qui noirci dans la salle de bain, les huisseries portes et plinthes manquent aussi d'un coup de peinture. Côté insonorisation c'est très moyen. On a entendu le vent toute la nuit s'infiltrer dans la porte qui tremblait, ronflements du voisin et avant même 9h aspirateurs à plein régime. Très dommage.

Nice hotel...

The location of the hotel was good. It is a little farther away from the main area than I would have liked, about a 25 minute walk. In the other direction the beach is 10 minute walk. The room was clean and very small. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at that did not provide toiletries other than soap. There is a Farmacia next door and I had to go buy shampoo and conditioner. The workout facilities are down the street. It's not that far but far enough not to use it. The people were all very nice especially Melissa in the restaurant. Free parking was great. Wifi is free but not very strong. Biarritz is wonderdlful and we will return but we stay closer to the city center next time.

Le Biarritz devenu ibis style Biarritz sans preven

À cause des subtilité de fonctionnement du système d’hôtels.com, ma réservation était introuvable avec le numéro de réservation. Le numéro indiqué sur le mail de réservation ne répondait pas. Et je n’ai pas pu joindre l’hôtel: pas de numéro de téléphone de l’hôtel sur l’e-mail de Reda, et l’hôtel a changé de nom entre ma réservation et la date de séjour, donc introuvable sur internet pour vérifier si ma réservation était ok. Aucun email pour m’indiquer le changement de nom la veille du départ. Pour un séjour à 800km j’ai donc préféré réservé ailleurs, pensant qu’il y avait un soucis avec la réservation. Finalement ils disent que c’est de la faute. L’hôtel non plus ne fait pas d’effort. Je suis très en colère après les 2!
