Our flight was canceled and we were so upset. But the staff was absolutely wonderful and making phone calls for us and obtaining a new reservation. I can’t thank them enough.

Enjoyable weekend

A nice three nights at a very service-oriented hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful. Was a bit surprised at the elegant and somewhat formal decor but found the hotel a good place to relax away from the activity of downtown Biarritz.

Certainement pas 5 étoiles

L'établissement en lui-même est charmant et le personnel sympathique. Cependant notre chambre n'était pas prête à l'heure, 20 minutes d'attente sans que l'on nous propose un rafraichissement. En chambre, pas de climatisation, pas de machine à café, une télé de la taille d'un écran d'ordinateur… De nuit, du bruit en permanence dû aux voies de circulation en contrebas. Bref à 400 € la nuit hors petit déjeuner, nous sommes vraiment désenchantés.

Peaceful & luxurious

Beautiful small hotel with truly outstanding service. A luxurious property in a quiet residential area, about a 30m walk to the centre of Biarritz and the beach. Only a few rooms so the service is personal and attentive.

Very nice but could be better

Lovely individual boutique hotel. Definitely need a car as it is in a residential area on the outskirts of Biarritz. Nice large room however no air con so was very hot at night. Nice pool but the grass around it was in need of a cut and the white plastic sun loungers although very trendy to look at were so uncomfortable that it prevented us from spending time at the pool.

Luxurious B&B that marginally missed top marks

Great hotel perfectly situated for the airport and exploring Biarritz. The accommodation is beautiful and well maintained with great staff. Our only gripe is that the in room facilities lack a few complimentary extras. For example bottled water attracts a mini bar charge. There is no coffee machine. Given the room rate this is surprising . These are small touches that are absent. In truth this is a little pedantic. Overall I would recommend it.

Relaxing.

A quiet, family run hotel away from the Centre but close enough to visit most areas and attractions. We went to Spain which is only a 40 minute drive. The staff were extremely attentive and the whole environment was relaxing.

Nice hotel little far from city center and beaches

Excellent staff and service, very nice building, wonderful 25m pool! Not within walking distance of city centre and beaches. Since there is only a poor taxi service at night, we had to walk 30 min back at 1.00 am up the hill.

Eine Entdeckung! Ein ehemaliger Pferdestall! Grossartige Ausstattung, glamourös, mit schönem Garten, und Park, 25 m Swimmingpool, Spa.Grosszügige Zimmer, sehr schön ausgestattet, grosses Badezimmer. Es fehlt an nichts! Wunderbares Frühstück im Wintergarten am überlangen Tisch, geschmackvoll gedeckt. Kleine Köstlichkeiten wurden serviert, inkl. Champagner. Excellent hotel!!

The hotel is very quiet (just 8 rooms). Staff is very friendly and attentive. has a nice comfortable champagne bar and nice swimming pool! There is no restaurant, but room service exists and serves some good starters. highly recommend!
