"Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Penrith, which is a lovely town. Hotel has parking, which is really useful as it was hard to come by in the town itself when I was there. Special thank you to Petra at reception and the housekeeping team. I had accidentally left a piece of jewellery in my room at checkout. "I had a wonderful overnight stay here. The room was lovely, ver quiet with beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. I did use the spa which was at extra cost but it was lovely and relaxing. I opted for the fine dining in the evening and it was outstanding. Breakfast was included and the menu had plenty of options from continental to freshly prepared hot options.The staff were very helpful and friendly- I will certainly rebut for a longer visit. "
