Breakfast buffet excellent.
No real atmosphere in the evening, despite a beautiful restaurant/bar setting. There is only one restaurant and the food quality and service were average, despite lots of staff milling around.

We received a very friendly welcome from Dylan at the front desk, who was very helpful.
Our room/loft was very comfortable clean spacious, great views. The Hotel has a relaxed atmosphere.
Received a lovely welcome gift in room.
Continental breakfast was enjoyable, was all that you needed.
Hotel is in good location, lovely walk to beaches, South Head & the Gap, many cafes & restaurants nearby."

"Stayed for 2 nights with 2 kids.. great location..ocean view suite..room was clean and big enough for the kids and has all modern amenities..we were on level 1 and the balcony opens to ocean view.. unfortunately the roof of the bar under the balcony was being repaired so there were some privacy issues..
Only feedback the toilet seat was cheap plastic which squeaked a lot and we were worried of it will crack..
Bar and bistro under had good options and cheaper as well.lot of restaurants as well...

"The employees of this hotel are stellar examples of what we expect the behavior to be from top rate hotels. They were accomodating, friendly and knowledgable! "The room is sparkling clean and neat. The breakfast is healthy but simple. There’s a free parking space which is nice. The only problem we had is that we arrived around 9:30pm, the front door was locked and we had to communicate with the staff through intercom. We have to give many of our personal information through loud speaker, and it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that it was a nice stay."
