"Disappointed, when I checked in, I was informed my room was next to the elevators. Sounded like airplanes flying over heaf all night long. I had know idea when I booked the room and would have gone elsewhere if I had know. I have been moved or upgraded for less distracting reasons at other hotels in the city. I will never stay at a Hilton again. "

"The property is partly renovated, room is small, bathroom is not ADA comoliant. The bathroom us crowded. The building needs updates. No lobby amenities, Staff not very attentive. Definetly Can use upgrades in ALL aspects. Also parking needs to be explained at time of booking, that its a public parking garage, and NOT part of the hotel. Not a pleasant olace to stay!!"

"It was very noisy. My room was right next to the elevator and I could hear it all night and morning. My neighbors were also very loud so I couldn’t get to bed and woke up very early. It was my fault for not putting up do not disturb sign bug house cleaning knocked at 9am when check out is 12pm."
