"Exceptional in all areas. But, the billing was not clear and confusing. 3 random charges on my cc and not able to access bill. There should be one bill provided with a clear breakdown of charges that match one charge on the cc. Also, there was a password needed to access bill that was unavailable."

"Very nice room. Staff very friendly and helpful If i had anything negative to say it was the charging of $2 for a bottle of water in the 111-degree Tucson heat. I would think if complementary coffee is provided a bottle of water could be also."

"Beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is fantastic. The only negative part for our family is that we use the sofa bed for two of our children to sleep on and that bed is not comfy at all. The springs are very noticeable. One of my boys opted to just put the couch cushions on the floor instead and sleep on that instead of the couch mattress. But other than that, it was an enjoyable stay. "
