"We appreciated the quick grab breakfast options (hot breakfast options available for those with later flights) before hitting the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and takes less than five minutes door-to-door. We were leaving our car and appreciated the gates well lit parking lot."

"The bedding was horrible. The balcony given was not a view it was looking at the top of another building. When we checked in water was given but no s’mores or other treats were given. The staff did not inform us of the amenities and the restaurants on site. I would not stay again because of the bedding. Mattress felt like a rock."

"Our room & the hallway was unfortunately not clean (for example garbage was laying in the hallway to our room for over 1 day, leftover food was found on several spots of carpet of our room upon arrival and after requesting housekeeping, hairs were on bathroom floor, shower walls, shower curtain & sink, dead bug found in bathroom, heavy dust on bedframe). We were all woken up in the middle of the night (1am) by the alarm clock going off. We brought ear plugs due to previous reviews of noise level...

"This was so bad we didn't even stay. It felt unsafe and smelled weird and there was cleaning supplies left in the hall ways. It was not at all what was advertised, it was worth losing the money to stay someplace else."

"The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!"
