"The hotel staff was wonderful. This hotel is located in walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. Would stay there again if we're in San Francisco again. "

"This is my go-to spot for a cheap stay in the City, I've been going here for two decades. Don't expect the Hilton, and there are shared bathrooms and the rooms are small and not the biggest tv, but you get a fridge and a microwave. You can get an iron and board at the front desk and there is an area to iron and wash clothes. It's safe, inexpensive, and once they get to know you, you're treated like family."

"The staff was great in this clean and newly remodeled hotel. Returning from a cruise, they let us keep our suitcases in a locked room while we walked the area. A shopping mall is about a 1.5 mile walk with some food and a few shops (it is mostly vacant). There were several places to eat and shop along the way. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to the airport the next morning. Rooms were comfortable and large enough for 4 adults. Shower had a full tub and included shampoo and body wash as well as...
