"I was very impressed with the night auditor, Jayden. He was hospitable, charming, and highly professional. He’s exactly the kind of employee worth keeping—and deserving of a raise. "As usual we overpacked for our one night stay and our room was on the second floor. Unfortunately there was no elevator to the second floor and dragging our luggage would have been a problem. Problem solved! The desk manager was very accommodating and managed to get us a room on floor one. "
