"I can't begin to explain how incredible our stay at this hotel was. The rooms are quite simple, but that's all you need when you are going to spend the majority of your time exploring nyc. Each day, our rooms were cleaned, and clean towels were provided. The ambiance was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond for us. I wish I had gotten their names to properly thank them. "We arrived 5 hours before check in, ready to leave our bags and come back, but the staff offered us early check in, and even upgraded our room just because (im assuming after they saw we were a young couple)! Staff was lovely, you get the space you pay for, small but it works! Coffee in the mornings is a bonus. Super conveniently located to grand central. Will definitely consider coming back. "
