"Friendly staff. Room 846 had an unpleasant odour upon entry every time that I guess you get used to (even leaving the window open while out). The shower in the room was very odd for a family room. No hand towels for the wash basin, only a big bath towel each."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean with stylish decor. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is very well decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was of a very high standard , and well priced for such high quality food. The bar area has a nice chilled atmosphere, I did'nt want to leave there , as it was such a nice place to drink and eat. The only suggestion would be to have a mini bar in the room with a selection of drinks and...

"This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it just gets better. My only disappointment was we were only staying for one night and not many more. The staff are outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. Our room was amazing too! We were visiting family in the area so it was only a short walk from the hotel.
