"The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. We asked them quite a few questions about traveling within the area and all staff members were able to assist with ease. The room itself was very clean and spacious. It's in an ideal location if you are going to a concert at the OVO Hydro or are looking for a quieter place outside the main city centre with transit that is easy to access via short walk."

"Perfect location when going to the hydro. Rooms are well equipped, clean, comfortable beds. Nice and relaxing to sit outside with a glass of vino and watch the world go by. The only critism would be that the steam room looks like it needs a good deep clean / scrub on skirting and floor area. Also tip would be to open up other closed off sitting areas near to bar when concert finishes as not enough seats to accomodate."

"We arrived from Canada early in the morning, and although our room was not ready, they did have a room that we could have. There was an additional fee for the early check-in, which we gladly paid. "A bit mediocre got the price, though it’s in a great location. Our bathroom was not really clean (some hair left behind) & toilet did not always flush properly. The staff could not call a taxi for us when we requested as they had no phone. The listing is not accurate when describing the parking situation (find your own parking/pay around the streets of the hotel) and when I enquired about this my enquiry was ignored/went through an ai bot. The room was nice and breakfast spread was adequate."
