"The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. The distance to attractions were a bit far. Still walkable but it would take 15-20’ to walk to get to them. That is also true for restaurants and cafes. It is great if you have a conference as it is so close to convention center. I stayed 2 nights and for 2 nights it was good."

"I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5."

"The room was a bit on the small side but adequate for one night. The hotel is in an excellent location next to the river and very convenient for the Armadillo and the Hydro. Both dinner and breakfast were very good. All the staff we engaged with, particularly the young man at reception, were very friendly and helpful."

"Large room central to our destination. Good facilities if you want to cook for yourself. The only problem was someone opposite our room set the fire alarms off and the hotel had to be evacuated until the fire brigade checked it to be safe. Car parking near by also."

"I like the secure lift, the clean room, the daily fresh towel provision, and the quiet room. The layout, though compact, was useful. A large person would have a hard time getting around the foot of the bed past the TV to get to the other side of the bed. I had a learning curve with the A/C but eventually figured it out sufficiently. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bar staff had a hard time keeping up with food and drink orders on a Saturday afternoon though it was not crowded. ...

"Good property, clean and amenities are good. Staff helpful. Could be more welcoming - like acknowledging that a guest is waiting or excusing themselves for a few minutes. It is awkward if someone is fixed to the screen and you are waiting for a while without the person smiling or saying something. Also reception staff should be well versed with Expedia bookings. We were told there was no breakfast included so we had to prove it through the email and then had to share details separately to...

"Stayed two nights. Hotel is well situated but is getting a bit outdated. Bathroom door was poorly repaired. Hotel is quite noisy, all sounds within the hotel seem to carry and the doors slamming was both heard and felt when lying in bed. Breakfast was just basic. First morning apparently no chef working so no hot options only continental. Second morning with a chef so we were able to order hot food. Partner ordered a full Scottish breakfast and was happy but I ordered salmon, poach eggs and...
