Rooms were great, very large nice bedding great views. Breakfast was good. It is a 10-15 minute walk down into town but much longer back with steep hill and not good footpath. Could really do with a shuttle service as had to take heavy suitcases down with us to catch ferry on way home

Perfect and lovely place to stay! Take the bus or walk from Bellagio ferry. Villa Melzi + it's bus stop is right next to the hotel. Staff were lovely and views were unreal!
