"Fantastic location, just a 5 min walk from Victoria station. Staff are great, so friendly. Room was lovely. It didn’t have the advertised chandelier though. The wardrobe wasn’t tall enough for my maxi dresses but i was able to hang them on the outside which was fine. Plenty of hangers. Gorgeous cake and cookies in room on arrival. Other than the tiny issues I can’t fault it. We didn’t have breakfast as it was rather expensive for what we would eat but the small plates we had one evening were...

"A very warm welcome and early check-in which was much appreciated. Check-in was highly efficient. Doormen were very friendly and eager to assist. If anything, front of house service was a little overbearing. I fully appreciate that staff are striving to deliver the most attentive service, but at times it felt more intrusive rather than helpful. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price "
