"We loved staying at One South Place. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and she is the most friendliest person u can ever meet. She welcomed us with open arms (Big !Hugs) the staff was very friendly and help with all our needs.. The area is quiet and peaceful. The food is AWESOME.! Also sitting on ur veranda at night, you will get the best breeze ever because you are not far from the sea side. So I definetly recommend One South Place to everyone."

"The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. "Room was clean, outside of living room carpet which had a smell to it. Liked staff friendly, liked pet friendly. Well equipped kitchen. Bed comfortable. No 55 inch TV no movies channels as advertised. Furniture was unstable and falling apart ie: table, chairs, bedroom end table hanging off the wall . Outside was dark, no lights outside, dark alley walk way. Staff added and fixed lights the second night. lots of trash and flys near pool shower area. Smell was nasty. Waited almost 90 minutes...
