The hotel’s listings are majorly photo enhanced and misinformed.
I will give a detailed and extremely honest review.
Upon check-in we were told 1 of 2 rooms were not ready and so they separated my family of 3 children by 2 rooms. The room we booked was supposed to be ready the following morning, not a problem as we checked in during evening time and left 1 suitcase unpacked.
They offered to “upgrade us” which was exciting. However, the upgrades were rooms that were under heavy construction and the rooms were in very poor condition.
The entire floor where we stayed was under a lot of construction. Mornings were noisy, our balcony doors and windows were right in front of 25 commercial grade Air conditioning systems, you could hear them as if the window was open. The room heat/ac never worked. The door locks broke 2-3 times, and our key system was faulty. We were only able to have 1 key work out of 10. Bathrooms are falling apart, the shower head sprays water from the ceiling onto the floor near toilet. The tiles broken, the handle bar in shower was falling off. Water sits in the shower and overflows onto bathroom floor.
The hallways full of construction dust and plaster chips. Walls are all wet paint or cement dust, our clothes were constantly getting dirty.
The mattresses are broken so the center curves inward.
Food is average to less than.
The only thing that’s nice is the staff, they are kind but don’t really understand what you ask for.
